This program is designed to assist ex-offenders returning to the Austin area, transitioning back into the community by providing needed resources.
Eyes on Austin has a trained case manager who is currently working with Illinois State Prison Authorities to provide these individuals assistance in the early stages, before they are released from the penal system.
They are provided with housing, clothing, counseling, job training, and job placement.
Family and group sessions are also offered through Eyes On Austin.
