Job Training
Eyes On Austin (EOA) offers on-the-job training activities for chronically unemployed and unskilled individuals.
EOA has created three on the job training models.
- The Lucky Cup Cafè - A Full Service Food Center,
- Eyes On Austin Business Center, includes copying, faxing, and laminating, and
- Your Book Store that sells African-American adult and children books.
These businesses allow clients to learn customer service skills, inventory, bookkeeping, management, and day to day business operations.
